Inbound Stock Handling

Checks, Sorting & Storage
Goods are unloaded, checked, and organized before being placed into our warehouse, ensuring stocks are ready and accessible when orders come through.
Following receipt, items are prepared for labelling or order processing, with stock typically available for fulfillment within 24 hours, subject to operational requirements.
Preparation & Labelling
As orders are received, items are picked, packed, and prepared for dispatch in line with order instructions.
This includes waybill printing and shipment preparation to ensure orders are processed accurately and consistently.
Dispatch UK Delivery
Completed orders are passed to our courier partners for UK delivery, with daily dispatch supported where operationally available.

amazon returns handling
Many sellers assume that managing Amazon returns and preparation must be handled entirely through Amazon. In practice, TLB provides a more flexible approach by receiving returned or allocated stock, holding it within our UK facilities, preparing items where required, and returning inventory to Amazon once it is ready. If it is operationally required, we can also support Fulfilment by Merchant (FBM) processes alongside FBA preparation as part of this service.

Stock Received
Returned or allocated Amazon stock is received into TLB’s UK fulfillment facilities via courier appointed. Shipments are managed in bulk, with quantities checked upon arrival and handled carefully to maintain accuracy and condition.

Checked & Prepared
Items are inspected, recorded, and reviewed against operational requirements. Products are checked individually, sorted by SKU, and assessed for issues. Any incidents are reported, and customers are notified of current system status updates

Ready Processing
Once reviewed and approved, stock is repacked and labelled in line with Amazon FBA requirements. Prepared parcels are consolidated and released for onward shipment back to Amazon, ensuring inventory is returned in a compliant and ready-to-sell state.
