How Our Operations Work
- Pre-arrival advice & inbound coordination
Shipments are pre-advised before arrival, allowing inbound stock to be scheduled and prepared for receipt at our UK facilities, working in coordination with shipping agents.
- Goods receipt & verification
Stock is unloaded and packing details are inspected to confirm quantities, condition, and basic compliance. Items are then sorted and allocated based on service requirements such as fulfillment, returns handling, or packing preparation. Any variances are recorded and communicated through reports.
- Warehouse storage & handling
Stock is stored in assigned warehouse locations to support inventory control and traceability that is updated in real time with live status visibility.
- Order Picking & Processing
Orders are picked, packed, labelled, or prepared as required that is completed within 24 hours before being released for UK distribution. Prepared items or parcels are collected daily by approved third-party couriers for UK distribution or authorized onward transfer.
